The Story

How Core3Strength Came To Be.

My path to coaching started with a realization that the fitness industry is broken for people with real lives. For years, I was just a regular guy trying to navigate the noise of gym culture. No one ever actually taught me how to work out well. I was following generic programs that did not respect my time or my joint health. Everything changed when I stopped chasing intensity and started chasing mechanics. I learned that simple, intentional changes to how I moved could completely transform how I felt. I built Core3Strength to provide the professional guidance and technical mastery I wish I had from day one.
