Get Stronger, Swing Harder, and Stay in the Game
A more powerful, pain-free swing that holds up round after round.
Chasing more distance, protecting a shoulder, or coming back from injury.
You shouldn't have to choose between adding power to your swing and keeping your shoulder healthy. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I build golf programs that develop the strength, mobility, and rotational power your swing demands, prevent the injuries that sideline golfers, and get you back to the game when injury does strike, in the right order, every time.

Ninety seconds inside the Core3 Golf program: the training behind a stronger, more powerful swing that holds up round after round.
Core3Strength • Core3 Golf
You want more from your game, and your body is the bottleneck.
More distance, more consistency, and a shoulder that keeps up with both.
Maybe you're leaving yards on the table because you can't turn or load the way you want. Maybe a nagging shoulder shows up after every round. Maybe a surgeon told you no golf for six months. Whatever brought you here, the answer isn't a generic gym routine or rest alone. It's a program built around your body, your swing, and your goal, whether that's adding power, staying healthy, or getting back on the course.
Who this is for
Chasing more power
You want more distance and consistency, and a body that can produce speed without breaking down.
Staying healthy and pain-free
Nagging shoulder, a past injury, or a lead shoulder that aches after every round. We fix the driver and keep you playing.
Coming back from injury or surgery
Returning after a rotator cuff tear, surgery, or a frozen shoulder, and you want a swing that lasts.
Move well first. Then build a swing that's powerful and durable.
The same three-phase Core3 system, built around your body and your golf swing. We develop power in the right order, on a foundation that protects the joint, so your gains show up on the course and your shoulder holds up round after round.
Phase 01 / Restore
Mobility and rotation.
Speed starts with range. We build the shoulder mobility and rotation your backswing and follow-through demand, so you can turn fully and load the club without leaking power. Along the way we clear out the stiffness and guarding that cap your swing and set up injuries. Pain-free first, always.
Phase 02 / Rebuild
Rotational strength and power.
Targeted rotator cuff, scapular, and core work, plus the rotational power that drives clubhead speed. This is the layer that adds distance and protects the joint when you load it at speed, the step most golfers skip.
Phase 03 / Perform
Speed on the course.
We bridge gym to course with swing-specific drills so your new strength shows up as clubhead speed, distance, and repeatable tempo, not strain on the lead shoulder. Your gains transfer to the tee, and if you're coming back from injury, you return on a plan, not a hope.
Hear it from a golfer who found their long game.
A real client on gaining distance and a stronger, more confident swing through the Core3 program.
Core3Strength • Long Game Testimonial
Real distance comes from a body that can turn, load, and fire in the right order. Build the swing on that foundation and the speed shows up, and your shoulder holds up.
Core3Strength, Golf Performance Coaching
Why this works Built to make your swing stronger and more durable.
It works because the program is built around your body, your goals, and your restrictions, not a template.
01
Assessment First, Not Guesswork
Generic gym work leaves speed and safety on the table. As a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, I assess how your body actually moves and build the program around what's limiting your swing. That is where we start.
02
Built Around Your Goals
Your swing, your goals, your equipment, your schedule, and any injury history. Every plan is written for one golfer, then adjusted every single week.
03
Results On a Plan, Not a Hope
We progress in phases and bridge the gym to the course with one arm and modified swing drills, so more speed and a healthier shoulder are the result of the work, not a gamble.

Golf performance and injuries, answered.
Can you play golf with a torn rotator cuff?
Many golfers can, but it depends on the size of the tear and whether it is painful through the swing. The bigger risk isn't the round you play today. It is swinging with compensations that make the tear worse. A proper assessment tells you what is safe, and a corrective program builds the supporting strength to protect the joint.
How long after rotator cuff surgery can you play golf?
Most surgeons clear chipping and putting around 4 to 6 months and a full swing closer to 6 to 9 months, but timelines vary by procedure and surgeon. Clearance to swing is not the same as being ready to swing. We rebuild range of motion, then rotational strength, then swing mechanics, in that order.
Why does my shoulder hurt after golf?
Post-round shoulder pain usually traces back to limited mobility, a weak rotator cuff, or swing compensations that overload the joint, often the lead shoulder. We identify the specific driver and fix the mobility and strength gaps instead of just resting and hoping it goes away.
Do I have to stop golfing to fix my shoulder?
Rarely all the way. In most cases we modify volume and mechanics while we build the shoulder back up, including drills like the one arm swing, so you keep your feel for the game instead of starting from zero.
Do you work with golfers remotely or only in person?
Both. In-person coaching is available across the Keller and Southlake corridor and the wider DFW Metroplex, and the same program runs online with weekly 1:1 check-ins and video form reviews for golfers outside the area.
